About Dianna Vonderheide

Growing up and attending college on the central coast, Dianna Vonderheide has a true love and passion for SLO County. During college Dianna received her CA real estate license and began her real estate career specializing in distressed properties, honing her valuation skills by completing more than 200 BPOs for servicing companies along with being involved in more than 250 distressed property sales. For over a decade, Dianna has consistently ranked in the top 10% of SLO county agents and top 1% of north SLO county agents. Dianna as a passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals and attain their dreams with their personal and their investment real estate.

Along with her 20+ years in residential and multiple family sales, Dianna prides herself on her investment and rehab pursuits. With a personal portfolio topping 20 million in assets spread over 4 states, consisting of SFR, hospitality, and Multifamily assets, Dianna focuses on value-add assets in appreciating and cash-flowing MSAs while utilizing private and hard money lending and maximizing cash-on-cash returns by implementing brrr strategies whenever feasible.

Dianna’s love for design and management can be seen in her local and national development pursuits along with her project management and interior design company.

Dianna is celebrating her 20th year of marriage to Sam Vondeheide, an AP calc teacher at AG Higher and former aerospace engineer. Together, Sam and Dianna, have a 15.5-year-old daughter, Emery, who is an avid Cheerleader and honor student along with a 13.5-year-old son, Berkeley, who has an amazing sense of humor, is an honor student, and is an excellent lacrosse and football player.
